STEAM mentor
Share your love of science, technology, engineering, agriculture, or math with kids who are ready to be inspired. No PhD required -- just curiosity, patience, and a willingness to get hands-on.
Academic tutor
Help our students tackle homework, build confidence, and stay on track academically. If you love learning and working one-on-one with kids, this one's for you.
Event support
From setup to cleanup, activity stations to serving lunch, there's always something to do at a TMC event and every helping hand counts. If you show up ready to serve, we'll find the perfect spot for you.
Field trip chaperone
Rock climbing. Horseback riding. Museums. Our field trips take kids somewhere new -- and we need trusted adults to come along for the ride.
