These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Maker's Clubhouse ("TMC," "we," "us," or "our") website and our SMS text messaging program. The Maker's Clubhouse is a ministry program operated by Bible Center Church, a Pennsylvania nonprofit religious corporation and registered 501(c)(3) organization, through its community outreach and economic development division, The Oasis Project. Bible Center Church is the legal entity responsible for this program and the messages sent under it. By using our website, submitting a form, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
The Maker's Clubhouse may send SMS text messages to families who opt in through our website form. Messages may include program registration information, afterschool and summer program updates, event notifications, and general program communications. Message frequency varies.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website form, you authorize The Maker's Clubhouse to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or any purchase.
3. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Just text "STOP" to (412) 242-4920. After you send "STOP," we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Note: This number is a placeholder. Update with the dedicated SMS number once established.
4. Opt In Again
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same website form you used originally.
5. Help and Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at clubhouse@bcpgh.org or (412) 242-4920.
6. Message Frequency and Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You can view our Privacy Policy on the TMC website.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
